ALOHA FRIDAY WORKOUTS:
Every Friday we will offer a 6am (1 hour) class as well as a 8:30am (1 hour) class that are both open to all to "drop in". The "drop In" rate is $15.00
Below are the descriptions of some of the Small Group Training Sessions we currently offer.
With an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning and total body toning EMU will mash together TRX, circuit stations, Tabata and agility training.
Offered M and W mornings at 6am

A class designed for all fitness levels. Mixing traditional athletic drills and body weight exercises with interval training and TRX for core strength.
Offered M and W at 8:30am and M and W at 4:30pm

This 60min, mat based, "shoes optional" class combines Cardio Intervals, Gentle Yoga Asana and creative Core exercises for a complete and total body workout.
Offered T and Th at 8:30am

Using light weights, TRX, the ballet barre and gentle stretching you will strengthen, tone and rejuvenate your body.
Offered T and Th at 10am

30mins of abdominal and lower back exercises focused on improving core strength, balance and posture. A great way to compliment an earlier class or you can do Ab Overhaul just on its own. $5.00
