Below are the descriptions of the Small Group Training Sessions we currently offer.

With an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning and total body strength, EMU will mash together TRX training, circuit stations, interval sets and weight training.
Offered Monday Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6am

A class designed for all fitness levels, BSTC will mix cardio conditioning, resistance training and TRX for core strength. A total body workout with the opportunity to go at a higher or lower intensity.
Offered Monday Wednesday and Friday mornings at 8:30am and Monday and Wednesday at 4:30pm

This mat based, "shoes optional" class combines Cardio Intervals, creative Core exercises and gentle Yoga asana for a complete and total body workout. You will love the music!
Offered Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:30am

Using hand weights, TRX straps, the ballet barre and gentle stretching this class gets you a total body workout while keeping the intensity level low. We give a little extra emphasis on balance work here!
**This class is geared at a lower intensity.
