CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

EARLY MORNING MASH-UP

Strength and Conditioning with TRX

With an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning and total body toning EMU will mash together TRX, circuit stations, Tabata and agility training.
 

BODY SHOP TRAINING CAMP

Strength and Endurance Classes

A class designed for all fitness levels.  Mixing traditional athletic drills and body weight exercises with interval training and TRX for core strength.  

BUTI YOGA

 Buti Yoga combines innovative music, dynamic asana, cardio busts and tribal dance to tone and rejuvenate the body. 

RECONDITION RECONSTRUCT RESTORE

Using light weights, TRX, the ballet barre and gentle stretching you will strengthen, tone and rejuvenate your body. 

  • This class is geared at a lower intensity.

AB OVERHAUL

30mins of abdominal and lower back exercises focused on improving core strength, balance and posture.  A great way to compliment an earlier class or you can do Ab Overhaul just on its own.  $5.00

SLOW FLOW YOGA

Yoga instructor Rebecca Jarman

Find your calm, release old tension, build strength and create balance.  This class will focus on traditional yoga postures with less flow and more time for exploration in finding alignment in body and spirit. A great class for Every Body.
