Wednesday December 24th: Join us at 6am or 8:30am. NO 4:30pm CLASS
Thursday, December 25th: NO CLASSES
Friday, December 26th: NO CLASSES

Aloha Friday Core and Stretch
Aloha Friday Core & Stretch is a mat based, shoes optional class that focuses on challenging core exercises and gentle stretching. We offer this class at 6am and another at 8:30am.
